Winter on the North Shore
I think winter is one of the best times to be out capturing images, and one of my favorite places to do that is along the North Shore of Lake Superior. Every time I visit, I encounter new scenes and subject matter. The lake could be open or ice covered, there could be stack ice, snowy or ice covered shore line, frozen waterfalls, etc.
During this workshop, we will cover techniques for getting amazing winter images. We will also cover how to protect both yourself as well as your equipment.
Route 66 in Arizona
The opening to Bobby Troup's song Route 66 says it all:
"If you ever plan to motor west,
Travel my way, take the highway that is best.
Get your kicks on route sixty-six."
Route 66 in Arizona passes by National Parks and Monuments, historic tourist traps, iconic locations, Burma shave signs, and much more. During this workshop, you will get to experience Route 66 and capture some memorable photos.

Theodore Roosevelt National Park
Horses, Bison, Badlands and the town of Medora make for a fun photography destination. The two units of the park provide plenty of opportunity to capture some amazing photos.
This workshop will provide instruction for both wildlife and landscape photography. We will also discuss techniques for editing your images resulting in photos that you will be excited to hang on your walls.
